Over the last 12-years of building my career, I’ve faced a lot of unpredictable circumstances I never thought I’d see myself in, and I know you can relate to my experiences. I’ve been:
Unemployed.
An unexpected job loss was one of the lowest points in my career. I was overwhelmed by the competitive job market and the job search process as I desperately aimed to get back on my feet.
Underemployed.
I was performing in a role I was overqualified for, yet ready for more, but with no upward movement in sight I felt stuck and deeply desired advancement.
Unhappily employed.
I was struggling with issues like workplace politics, poor work/life balance, negative performance reviews, and even complete disinterest in the type of work I was doing. I was ready for a new position.
